We always install houseplants in our entrance halls for the comfort of our customers. Houseplants are said to have air purification, humidity control, and relaxation effects.
In some properties, speakers are installed at the entrance to play background music.
Surveillance Camera Installation and Management
Surveillance camera monitors are installed in the entrance hall and in front of the elevators. Depending on the property, surveillance cameras monitor the interior of elevators, parking lots, and other areas that tend to have blind spots, and project the images on the monitors.
NOTICE Board
A bulletin board is located in the entrance hall where various notices and other information are posted. It is patrolled and organized to prevent it from being peeled off by wind and other factors, and to prevent it from becoming cluttered.
